It is cold outside, but don't let that stop you from enjoying winter. Downtown Raleigh has a Winterfest with ice skating. It only lasts until the end of January so don't wait too long to go. Here is a schedule showing when you can skate.
You can even watch a movie outside in the cold. Just remember to bring something hot to drink!
